Meet Harvey, our own brave little soldier!

 

This amazing little boy came into our lives in December 2016. Harvey is my nephew, he is a son, a grandson and a great grandson but most importantly he is just Harvey; a little boy who loves music, giggles uncontrollably at being tickled and is loved unconditionally by not only his family, but by anybody who meets him. Sadly, Harvey was diagnosed at 6 months with a condition called Niemann- Pick type C (NPC) and as a result has already faced many health issues since birth. Harvey has amazed us with his resilience since diagnosis, growing stronger and developing every day and the whole family couldn't be prouder of him.  He is the inspiration behind our fundraising. We would like to raise as much money as possible for a charity called Niemann- Pick UK (NPUK) who are focused on helping children like him and families like ours.

All monies raised by Harvey & the brave soldiers will go directly to NPUK. It will go towards helping hundreds of other families affected by this life changing disease.

This website is focused on sharing with you our various fundraising events which we at Harvey and the Brave Little Soldiers (H.B.L.S) will be taking part in, running or organising. Together we can make a difference and hopefully help find a cure for this currently incurable disease.
